Metanoia Institute Student Support Staff and Services
As well as a dedicated Programme Leader, each course has its own Academic Coordinator who is the first point of call for all administrative requests and whose responsibilities includes the full range of administrative services that you would expect from an administrator.
These include providing academic information, maintaining student records; assisting with student enrolment; amendments to registration; timetables and room bookings; graduation lists.

Metanoia Library Catalogue
The library catalogue is publicly available and allows students to browse the books on the shelves from home. Students may sign in to their library account to renew and reserve books and see their borrowing history.
Books can be collected outside of these hours, if arranged in advance, from reception during building opening hours. Books can be returned to the library return box in the hallway.

Metanoia Institute introduced Moodle in September 2016, to help co ordinate administrative, teaching and learning processes, the core of the professional front-end, which interfaces through staff and students.
Moodle is used by many educational institutions as a course or learning management system, virtual learning environment platform, intranet and portal, which can be accessed by staff and students via the Internet.
The Moodle portal supports internal access from Metanoia Institute’s premises, via WIFI and external access via the internet, from distant/offsite locations, ie. home, work, etc.
To gain authorized access to the contents of the Moodle Portal, you must be given a Moodle Username and Password by the System Administrator. Once the easy login process is completed, a user will be presented with their active profile and dashboard.
